As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. You will work closely with clients to identify their hiring needs and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates. Responsibilities:

• Headhunting for Manager and Above positions across multiple industries with focus on SEA region
• Develop sophisticated Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive executive candidates not actively seeking new opportunities
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking and consistent communication
• Partner with clients to deeply understand leadership requirements and organizational culture for precise candidate matching
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from identification through offer negotiation, providing white-glove service to both clients and candidates
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow and other specialized platforms to identify technical leadership talent

Requirements:

• min 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experienced in recruiting creative talent such as video editors & graphic designer
• Skillset and understanding about creative process is a plus
• Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering
• Fluent in English
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
