Work you’ll do The Risk Advisory Quality & Risk – Assistant Manager/ Manager works closely with the Business Risk Leader in SEA to develop, implement and foster a consultation network for reputation and risk management matters. You will provide internal advice to the engagement teams to manage reputation, risk and quality matters. You will also support all areas of business risk with a growing focus on the large and complex projects in our strategic, cyber, financial, regulatory and operational risk practices.
- Develop tools, templates and facilities to enable them to work efficiently and effectively to deliver client engagements while maintaining compliance with reputation and risk management policies.
- Work closely with teams during the development of new products and services, assisting to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Identify, develop and deliver reputation and risk management training programs.
- Proactively identifying and assisting to mitigate risks to business objectives, including common challenges encountered, new and emergent risks and identifying common areas for improvement.
- Prepare communications to the team on reputation and risk management matters.
- Support the business in relation to day-to-day quality and risk related queries.
- Provide practical and timely advice to help teams and Risk Services’ leadership balance practice protection with commercial and competitive requirements.
- Work with our internal legal team to identify and manage legal and contractual risks.
- Provide support to Business Risk Leader in perform reviews of client engagements in compliance with reputation and risk management policies, as assigned.

Requirements
- You will be able to demonstrate 6+ years of professional services experience preferably within Big 4 or a risk management environment, and tertiary qualifications in risk management, IT and Cyber or regulations and compliance work.
- Knowledge in the areas of contract law or cyber risk would be plus points.
- Exceptional English communication skills, a strong attention to detail and an ability to work across different service offerings are viewed as essential. You will be working with people from all over SEA and potentially, Asia Pacific, in this role.
