The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Provide regular report and monitoring regarding any work done by Facility Management Team
• Monitor daily work submission on each warehouse and ensure the progress is recorded properly
• Oversee submitted work order requests and coordinate with respective PIC on the execution, while also providing update to requester(s)
• Control and lead weekly Facility Management meeting to provide update to Reporting Manager(s)
• Involved in allocating monthly and yearly budget for regular maintenance and consumable & sparepart replenishment
• Manage and supervise processes related to building and facility
• Create and maintain a consolidated database to record stock and inventory of our tools, consumables, and PPE
• Conduct regular inspection and assessment of assets and facilities conditions to take any necessary actions (e.g, repairs, replacement, etc)
• Able to coordinate well with external stakeholders (contractors, vendors, etc) to ensure all work are done properly
• Collaborate well with Operations and HSE on daily basis
• Participate in weekly Operations meeting to discuss action items and task from Facility Management perspective
• Provide assistance in both regular and adhoc Operations and HSE tasks which requires Facility Management involvement (e.g, Management & 5S Walkthrough, Warehouse Closure, etc)
• Performance Appraisal & Administrative Tasks
• Oversee and maintain attendance record of direct report team members to better assess manpower availability on work days

• Bachelors Degree in any Engineering background
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Facility Management, Facility Maintenance, and/or Asset Management
• Speak English proficiently
• Experienced and well-versed in facility and asset management principles and practices
• Have a strong sense of ownership of any given task
• Strong project management and planning ability to multitask effectively
• Self-starter, self-driven, independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups at both a general and technical level
