About the Role

Were seeking a motivated and passionate SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive deep into SEO strategy and execution while collaborating with experienced professionals in a supportive environment. Youll manage campaigns across both service-based and e-commerce clients, working closely with our Technical, Content, and Partnership teams.

Key Responsibilities

As an SEO Specialist, youll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of new and established clients.
• Developing and executing SEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, market research, and website audits.
• Identifying trends and insights from reporting and data analysis to improve client performance.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, both in person and online.
• Staying updated on industry trends and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Utilising SEO tools like AHREFs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
• Managing project deliverables using Asana to ensure deadlines are met.

What Were Looking For

To succeed in this role, youll bring:

• 1+ years of agency experience in a similar SEO role.
• A solid understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, off-page optimization, and keyword research.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, AHREFs, and Screaming Frog.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a process-driven mindset.
• Clear-spoken English and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to build rapport with clients and develop long-term, trusting relationships.
• A customer-first mindset, with a desire to exceed client expectations.
