Summary:The work schedule for this position is:
- Full Time (40 hours per week)
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (four weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief of Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) to include assistance with coordinating flight, hotel, and transportation arrangements. Maintain administrative/personnel files and records of LE staff within the ODC on SharePoint. Manage the office calendars ensuring they are accurate and presentable. Receive all guests and visitors and coordinate conference rooms when needed.
Qualifications and Evaluations Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum two (2) years of Secretarial/Administrative experience is required. Well versed with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat (this may be tested).
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Thorough knowledge of the substantive programs and functions of the ODC as they relate to the clerical and administrative support function of the office. Has skill in operating a computer with the basic office programs. Has knowledge of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and required formats.
Education Requirements:
Two years completed of university studies.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required (this may be tested).

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
