We seek a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Australian Finance Media client. Our client is a media company and their mission is to help peoples money go further by creating engaging and educational videos on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, calendars, arranging meetings, emails, phone work, handling correspondence,and other clerical tasks
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize documents, records, and files.
  • Communicate with the brands we work with and manage new enquiries
  • Organising the office filing and SOPs (including paperless)
  • Take staff meeting minutes
  • Help with invoicing and banking
  • Assist with content writing and other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements:
  • Be able to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Being interested in personal finance is a big PLUS.
