Business Setup & Local Operations

  • Assist in company registration, banking, and local account setup as required.​
  • Act as the local representative to liaise with government agencies, legal representatives, and vendors.​
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers, warehouses, and import/export vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.​
  • Handle general administrative duties related to company operations in Indonesia.​

Reporting & Communication

  • Work closely with the Singapore HQ, providing regular updates on regulatory and operational progress.​
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve administrative and operational challenges.

Vendor Management

  • Oversee and manage BPOM product registration for health supplements and skincare products working with approved vendors
  • Ensure all regulatory documents and licenses are properly prepared and submitted.​
  • Liaise with BPOM authorities, customs, and third-party regulatory consultants.​
  • Ensure company compliance with Indonesian regulations for product import and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.​
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, operations, or administrative roles, preferably within the health supplements or skincare industry.​
  • Familiarity with BPOM registration processes and Indonesian regulatory requirements is a plus.​
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.​Career Support

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.​
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with the Singapore HQ.
