With the growing attention to infrastructure development by the Indonesian government, Thales will have opportunities in the transportation and security domain. Responsibilities:

• Receiving procurement requests and verifying their conformity to operating methods.
• Transforming procurement requests into procurement orders.
• Managing purchasing order cancellation, rescheduling or PO information change (quantity, price).
• Make sure that suppliers acknowledge P.O. receipt and provide delivery commitment.
• Follow-up and expediting of procurement orders.
• Ensuring accuracy of the order, GL account, or project number, ship to location, supplier information on Procurement order, and relevant notes/comments on the Procurement order document.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 3 to 5 years of purchasing experience.
• Skills in analysis and control, commercial contract, supplier risk management contribution and negotiations.
• Experience in purchasing tools such ERP.
• Possessed a good communication and team collaboration.
• This role involves regular collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers in China and Japan. Proficiency in both Chinese and or Japanese is essential to ensure smooth communication and operational success.
