As a Sales Manager - Prof Trade Distribution youll be responsible for Prof Trade Distribution channel with full cycle of trade business and driving the specification approach from end to end.

What youll do

• Responsible for leading, directing and motivating the regional sales team to achieve sales and bottom up objectives (including revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets) as per AOP
• Responsible for implementing locally relevant distribution strategy to drive sales growth and market share with customer offer managements
• Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction
• Implement a winning distribution strategy for assigned area
• Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability

Your qualifications

• 8+ years of proven track record in key account management, trade distribution and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry such as Lighting or Electrical or Electronics Industry background
• Commercial Savviness with Stakeholder Management, Solution orientation, Problem Solving, Team Skills & Influencing to critically drive sustainable growth
• Understand Market, Trade ecosystems & Customer Requirements to execute well in both Specification and Distribution
• Key account planning skills and focus on strategic relationships development
• Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based relationships
