Maintenance & Utility Supervisor - Full Time - Purwakarta, Indonesia

Join our Services_APAC team within Services division in Indonesia as Maintenance & Utility Supervisor to help us take Sulzer Indonesia to the next level.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Make an annual and monthly work plans for Preventive & Periodic Maintenance
• Implement, monitor, evaluate and improve for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities
• Monitor, evaluate and solve the problem related to machines, equipment, facilities, and utilities
• Implement Maintenance strategy (Monitoring OEE, MTBF, MTTR)
• Monitor and organize maintenance and facility team member tasks
• Evaluate and follow up on team member development programs
• Monitor and implement RFP and RFQ transactions in the ERP system
• Implement the tools and spare parts management system
• Plan and manage maintenance costs
• Participate and carry out related to energy efficiency programs
• Ensure quality of work by following work instruction and standard procedure.
• Coordinate with other department in workshop (ie: Machining, BI, Welding & Mechanic)
• Ensure the working area, tools & equipment clean and well organized.
• Follow and comply with company policies and procedures and report to Manager on any unclear issues.
• Responsible for man hours and absences of team member
• Fill in man hour and overtime report correctly and submit it on time.
• Ensure that all works and activities are done in line with the ISO procedures, as well as the HSE and company regulations.
• Prevent accident, conduct walk thru and observation.
• Campaign using Stop Work Authority to their subordinate when any unsafe Act and condition then record by using observation card.
• Ensure working area safe for everyone.
• Attend Toolbox meeting and sharing if any HSE best practice
• Maintain and wear PPE properly as task risk exposure

What you bring to Sulzer:

• S1 / Bachelor (Technical Major)

• More than 3 years of work-related experience

• Communicative in English

• Computer literacy and Microsoft office
• Visio and AutoCAD/ others mechanical and electrical software knowledge
• Team player
• Well organized and structured
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pro-active and self-motivated minset
• Multi-tasking
• Must have experience in control and electricity
• Understand how to operate and maintain all the equipment, utilities, and facilities in workshop, such as the air compressors, machine tool, overhead cranes, Hydrant system building etc.
• Understand Total Productive Maintenance, 5S and Autonomous Maintenance implementation
• Understand visual management board and supervisory role
