Brand Development:
Developing and maintaining the visual identity and brand aesthetics for Dandelion.

Ensuring that all visual elements align with the brands messaging and values.

Creative Direction:
Providing creative direction for design projects, marketing campaigns, and other visual initiatives.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Graphic Design:
Creating or overseeing the creation of graphic assets for various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and promotional items.

Ensuring that design work meets high standards of quality and creativity.

Visual Strategy:
Developing and implementing a visual strategy that enhances Dandelion’s brand presence and communicates effectively with the target audience.

Creating design guidelines for consistent use across different mediums.

Collaboration:
Collaborating with marketing and other teams to align visual elements with overall business objectives.

Working closely with marketing & design team to integrate visual and written content seamlessly.

Web Design & Print production:
Overseeing the design and maintenance of Dandelion’s brand online & offline

Collaborating with web developers & printing company to implement design elements effectively.

Artistic Leadership:
Leading and inspiring the creative team by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Stay Updated on Design Trends:
Keeping abreast of industry trends and incorporating innovative design concepts into Dandelion’s visual identity.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Extensive experience in design roles, with a proven track record of success.

Previous experience in a leadership or management position within a design team.

A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating leadership in design strategy.

Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the industry (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, etc).

A deep understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.

Ability to develop and implement design strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a design team.

Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing design professionals.

Proven experience in project management, overseeing design projects from conception to completion.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to convey design concepts and strategies to non-design stakeholders.
