Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a background in mechanical and electrical installations, particularly in the lithium battery industry. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and possess strong communication skills. The Project Manager will lead and manage teams, ensuring the successful completion of industrial projects with a focus on mechanical and electrical installations.

Responsibilities:

• Independently lead and manage projects, including handling emergency situations and unforeseen events.
• Oversee the construction management of industrial plant projects.
• Familiarity with construction engineering standards for various disciplines within the project.
• Expertise in cost management, schedule management, quality management, and construction safety management.
• Willingness to accept project assignments and relocate as needed, including periods without business projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Management, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Fluent in Mandarin or English (listening, speaking, and writing).
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams independently.
• Familiarity with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and electrical systems.
• Ability to adapt and handle emergency situations efficiently.
• Experience in managing construction projects, especially in industrial settings.
• Proficient in using Office software and 2D drawing tools, with a good understanding of computers.
• Valid first-class contractor certificate.
• Willing to Relocate to Haryana, India (Must)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp50,000,000 - Rp80,000,000 per month

• S1 (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project Management: 8 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English or Mandarin (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Jakarta: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)
