Role Description

Green School is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for ensuring seamless operations by providing technical assistance, managing system integrations, maintaining security, and optimizing website functionality. The role involves troubleshooting, training end-users, staying updated on technological advancements, and collaborating across departments for smooth functioning.

The IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the technological infrastructure and ensuring optimal functionality across various platforms and systems. This individual will be responsible for providing support to internal teams, administering technical assistance to new admins and participants, and ensuring all operations run smoothly.

• Indonesian citizenship

• Strong multitasking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT support, system integration, and website management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Experience with data management, security protocols, and database organization.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to adapt to technological advancements and implement them effectively.

Job Description

• IT Assistance and Training:
  • Provide comprehensive IT support to internal teams, new admins, and participants to facilitate efficient workflow.
• System Integration and Maintenance:
  • Oversee the integration of various systems including the website, payment gateways, learning pathways, digital credentials, and course platforms.
  • Assist in setting up and migrating course content to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Management and Security:
  • Maintain databases and ensure system security to protect sensitive information.
  • Regularly perform security checks and troubleshoot technological issues promptly.
• Website Management and Development:
  • Install and integrate WordPress plugins or other applications to enhance website performance.
  • Update and design the website, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Technical Consultation and Monitoring:
  • Collaborate with GS IT managers and other departments as necessary.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
• Digital Marketing and Analytics:
  • Oversee Google Analytics, SEO campaigns, and manage Google Ads campaigns for effective digital marketing.
  • Set up Meta ad campaigns and track traffic and conversion using event manager tools.

Other Requirements

• Must hold at least an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or a related discipline. Any previous work experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  
• Must not have any previous criminal convictions (legally required).
• Must not have any Child Protection concerns on file at previous schools or workplaces.
• Must be able to provide an original copy of certifications, transcripts, diplomas, and/or degrees
