In this business critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Indonesia
• Cultivate and leverage existing relationships with event promoters, music promoters, sports clubs, and venues to secure partnerships and drive ticketing sales
• Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, networking events, and relationship-building activities to foster trust and credibility with key stakeholders

To succeed in the Business Development Manager (Entertainment Ticketing Platform) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the strategic team, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Proven five years experience in business development, sales, or partnership within the entertainment industry, with a focus on an entertainment ticketing solutions

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team of up to 20 individuals effectively
• Fluency in English is required
