• Bachelor degree/Diploma in Engineering with more than 8years work experience in EPC of thermal power plant.
• Experience in both Primavera and MS Project schedule is mandatory.
• Must able to work as team.
• Analytical skills.
• Communication skills

• Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, procurement, erection and commissioning disciplines.
• Understand the contract clauses related to planning and scheduling.
• Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project team in the development of detailed work break down structure scheduling and project control.
• Prepare detailed erection and commissioning schedule by communicating with internal members(Including Sub-contractors)
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities in the project schedule.
• Prepare the detailed delay analysis on the schedule, Root-Cause analysis of the delay due to other construction parties / internal delay and the mitigation plan for the delay occurred. Keep tracking the progress on mitigation plan until the delay is mitigated.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly project reports.
• Attending periodical meetings such progress review meeting, handover meeting, schedule review meeting and, other meeting with EPC, other Lot sub-contractors, Owner, PLN etc.
• Review MOM of the meetings attended and comment if required.
• Keep track of punch list and ensure timely closing of pending activities (If necessary attend walk down)
• Prepare MPR and coordinate with TSB HQ for customer submission
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan and report to management.
• Analyse critical areas between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the responsible person/ section.
• Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between related team.
• Coordinate schedule from multiple parties including internal and external and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule as per Project Manager/Site Manager advice.
• Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS Project2010 and above, Primavera P6 (R7.0 and above).
• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
