Job Overview:

Perform Quality Control of Coating work for structural, building/living quarter and Piping during Fabrication & Erection of Marjan Package 1 as per Saudi Aramco requirement and approved Project Procedure. Perform Quality assessment on the Construction Coating work as per the approved procedure and Saudi Aramco requirement. Highlight any discrepancies or nonconformance of work/product that deviate to Saudi Aramco requirement/project approved procedure/specification.



Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Practical experiences with all coating inspection activities during all phases of project fabrication, erection & installation.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Diploma/Senior High School.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience for Senior High school or 3 or more years’ experience for Diploma performing Coating Inspection and testing related to scope of work (Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Project).
  • Saudi Aramco Project experience is advantage.
  • Currently certified by either (1) NACE AS CIP, or (2) SSPC as PCI, or (3) TWI CL as BGAS-CSWIP, or (4) as Approved equivalent certification level and scheme.
  • Direct work experience and demonstrated thorough working knowledge of coating materials, application methods, quality activities and recognized engineering codes and standards required for the work such as ASTM, ISO, NACE SPs and SSPC SPs.
  • Familiar with fabrication of Oil and Gas Platform (Coating of Structure, Building/Living Quarter, and Piping).
