• Conduct in-depth research on global markets, providing timely insights to the trading team and stakeholders.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive trading strategies for the companysportfolio, optimizing market opportunities
• Assess and manage market risks effectively, ensuring compliance with risk management policies.
• Implement hedging strategies to safeguard against adverse market movements.
• Stay informed about geopolitical events, weather patterns, and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to optimize trading outcomes.
• Execute trades in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing market knowledge and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of trades.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of trading activities against established benchmarks.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any trading-related issues.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelors degree in agriculture economics, supply chain, or finance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and thrive under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
