Summary:

The Procurement Manager works closely with the Construction, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver on time services and equipment for Primes various data centers in Europe. Proactively identifying areas of opportunity, the Procurement Manager plays a critical role in managing suppliers and tracking procurement performance for the organization.

This role will be focused on the acquisition of Data Center equipment.

Job Details:

• Develop negotiation strategies to deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with strategic suppliers pertaining to construction services for data centers or other mission critical facilities.
• Collaborate with Construction, Finance, Engineering, and Legal teams to identify and support business objectives.
• Make optimal trade-offs between schedule, resources, and scope, and apply advanced technical and business knowledge to address major risks, challenges, and obstacles.
• Lead the development category management strategies.
• Manage contracts including renewals, document management, and risk management.
• Create and track KPIs and regularly report progress to leadership.
• Facilitate RFPs in support of Primes objectives in a timely and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing required.
• Experience in Data Center or Infrastructure fields preferred, with emphasis on equipment.
• Construction services, contract management, change management and contract negotiation experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Intermediate Excel and proficiency in Microsoft 365 required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Must have the ability to break down high-level strategic direction into tasks
