Parts Inventory Specialist - UC & GET

We are looking for experienced Inventory Analyst. The primary duties to control inventory forecast and future customers’ requirement on All types of Under Carriages (UC)/ Ground Engaging Tools (GET)

• Maintain/monitor GET/UC forecast requirement and purchase proposal accordingly to adapt with fluctuating parts business market to improve MRP accuracy.
• Periodically analyze GET/UC forecast reports and KPI/data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service level and reduce inventory cost
• Monitor Parts GET/UC Inventory and assist in developing strategies to improve performance from Stock, Fill Rate, Sales & Forecast cubes
• GET/UC Planning & sales review including liaison with PTL site personal & customers for wear life information.
• Joint together the Inventory / parts business team to attend monthly planning meeting with customers’ / internal site planners focusing only on UC/GET requirement.
• Work with Customer Service Team to ensure correct GET/UC forecast information from customer for maintaining stock level.
• Carry out any other tasks related to work as allocated to you by your superiors.
  

• Computer ability to operate Windows office (Excel and Words).
• Advance skill in BAAN program especially on planning and analysis menu.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in-writing.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
• Have high work motivation, being responsible and being accurate to minize risk of mistakes.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skill.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Five years of progressive experience in Parts Operation.
