Sr Officer-IOT Delivery

• Coordinate with customer and internal stakeholder in all matters to ensure deliver project on track, on budget & on scope.
• Develop the IoT architecture that integrates hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
• Implement the network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity for IoT devices (e.g., Wi-Fi, NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, Zigbee, 5G)
• Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of IoT devices (sensors, edge devices, and actuators).
• Coordinate the installation of devices at client locations, ensuring they are operational and integrated into the network & dashboard

• Deliver & lead project IoT to customer
• Ensures that all IoT Projects are carefully managed and optimized to deliver value to the business and customer

• Deliver services to customer as SoW successfully

• Deliver IoT roadmap aligned with the organizations goals.
• Conduct regularly assess and mitigate risks associated with IoT deployments.

• Deliver IoT Project with IoT trends, technologies & infrastructure enhancements.
• Assessment and improvement plan reports

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align IoT solutions with requirements.
• Gather customer feedback and use it to improve service delivery

• IoT performance report

• Facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.

• Team coaching & sharing knowledge.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Having certifications relevant with IoT Technology
• Familiarity with IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT, Microsoft Azure IoT Hub)
• Demonstrate good leadership and managerial skills

• Min 4 years of experiences to deliver/POC with IT Projects especially related with IoT products (e.g., fleet management, asset management, manufacturing operations, wearable technology, people analytics, etc)

• Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, Bluetooth, Zigbee, etc.)
• Familiarity with embedded systems programming and microcontroller platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and IoT device integration.
• Expertise in securing IoT ecosystems, including encryption, device authentication, and secure communication protocols
• Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations
• Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
• Good communication with key stakeholders.
