Our DevOps team is a team of around 8 people which is a central team that helps other tech stakeholders like software engineers, and QA teams. Our vision and goal is to build secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient infrastructure.

About the role

As our next DevOps you will be working with another Tech team to help build modern, secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable, yet cost-effective infrastructure. And while constantly improving our knowledge and skills in the field of Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure systems, applications, processes and documentation relied on by the organization.
• Maintain and improve Amartha CI/CD process
• Maintain and improve Amartha configuration management & secret management process
• Collaborate with product development teams to build secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.
• Experiment and learn new and better ways to use the Cloud to deliver business value.
• Interact with vendors providing cloud infrastructure and related services.

Requirements

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, Linux, security, networking (i.e GCP, AWS)
• Experience with CI/CD & configuration management process (i.e Bitbucket, Jenkins)
• Experience with IAAC tools (i.e Terraform)
• Experience with monitoring & alerting management (ie Newrelic, Cloudwatch GCP monitoring)
• Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and Helm charts
• Experience with setting up Kafka cluster and Elastic Search cluster is a plus.
• Possesses good problem solving skills (able to identify problems and find simple solutions). Able to think out-of-the-box
