Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced lawyer with expertise in anti-corruption & anti-bribery laws (e.g., US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and UK Bribery Act) to be a member of the IBM APAC Trust & Compliance team, supporting IBM Group operations in Indonesia.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing & managing integrity plans with different business units
• Developing integrity and other relevant training for employees and third parties
• Identifying & remediating transactions with governments, clients & third parties with a particular focus on anti-corruption due diligence.
• Assessing and improving controls, processes and policies integral to IBM’s compliance posture for example: gifts & amenities, hiring & on-boarding, charitable contributions.
• Supporting internal investigations

The role is based in Jakarta and may involve some domestic and international travel.
Must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
• Work collaboratively across various functional areas and cultures

Required Professional Expertise: Admitted to practice law with at least 7 years post qualification experience.
