About the Associate M&A (Project & Energy Industry) Role:
Your day-to-day tasks involve reviewing contracts as well as providing legal advice to your sector in the projects, infrastructure and natural resources sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist, advise, and represent your clients in matters of project finance
• Review relevant project contracts and ancillary contracts
• Report to the Partner at the projects and energy working group

To succeed in this Associate M&A (Project & Energy Industry) role, you must be experienced in M&A cross border transactions and have a good legal understanding in the areas of projects, infrastructure, and natural resources.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of four years experience as a lawyer at a global reputation law firm or five years’ experience at law firms in Indonesia
• Experience with cross-border M&A transactions with a particular focus on oil and gas, mining, power and energy (conventional and renewable), toll road, water, and other infrastructure
• Deep knowledge in the areas of projects, infrastructure, and natural resources
• Excellent analytical skills with a driven and ambitious attitude
