About the Job: Project Marketing

LINE WEBTOON is opening a position for marketing project. This position will work with our team in Indonesia and global counterpart in WEBTOON HQ in Korea, to help LINE WEBTOON become the best digital comic platform in Indonesia.

As part of the Marketing team, you will be able to drive our brand’s growth and market presence. In this role, your primary focus will be to craft compelling narratives, and establish a strong market presence whilst collaborate closely with WEBTOON Producers, Design, and Operation teams.

In this position, you will be a part of the team who initiate, drive, lead and implement marketing and communication strategy in alignment with business strategies. This will include branding, marketing planning, production of marketing materials and collaterals, advertising, and digital marketing. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with WEBTOON Producers, Design, and Operation teams to develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy
• Manage day-to-day marketing initiatives, fostering collaboration across various teams
• Lead and implement social media strategies across platforms like KOL, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube community
• Take ownership of growth metrics for acquisition across multiple channels
• Prioritize user-centric solutions and align marketing effort with user needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong affection towards WEBTOON, social trends, and pop culture in general
• Bachelor Degree in any field and 1+ year of experience on managing SNS & social media communities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions within an organization
• Thrives on autonomy and has a track record of self-learning to achieve goals
• Demonstrated ability to make well-informed, swift decision based on quantitative or qualitative metrics
• Knowledge of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop contents suitable for each social media channel and execute the plan to engage WEBTOON’s social media communities
• Ability to stay alert of social trends currently loved by our core users.

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing your previous management of SNS channels is required when applying to this position
• Experienced in managing external partners will be preferred
• Has good skill in image or video processing software to support content creation
• Experienced in Paid Marketing in various platform.
