Senior Operation Expert

Your main responsibilities are

• Monitor, analyse and support the installation equipment operational performance to optimize the equipment performance and efficiency. Ensuring efficient operation of Auxiliary equipment associated with Powerplants. Ensure that the corrective and predictive actions are planned and executed on the installations.
• Support Agreements on establishing Standard Operation Procedures at site.
• Initiate Mobilisation kick-off for establishing connectivity and Expert insight for all new agreements.
• Deep drive analysis of all technical issues / outages with digital tools Expert Insight, Wedge etc and improve predictability capacity.
• Publish monthly Asset Diagnostic reports for all connected installations.
• Handling of Asset diagnostic / Anomaly cases.
• L1 solver for all technical issues of supporting agreements.
• Proactively seek and report for performance improvements possibilities including upselling leads. Ensure operational and technical improvements are proposed to maintenance planners for predictive maintenance planning and to external stakeholders.
• Conduct installation and customer visit to ensure installation performance (troubleshooting), technical assessment on equipment and auxiliary systems.
• Conduct periodical Safety Walk for plant during site visits.
• Support in operational matters when new products or components are developed and launched.
• Ensure coordination with DPD team, TS L1 & L2, Maintenance Management, Performance management and Agreement management.
