What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain highly reliable and scalable services and applications that underpin our financial ecosystem.
• Create automation using Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Argo to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Having a good understanding of infrastructure monitoring and operations based on cloud services is important.
• Design and implement powerful and user-friendly APIs and UIs.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to understand product requirements, propose effective solutions, and estimate the scope of work.
• Drive innovation and influence engineering teams to achieve technical excellence.

What You Will Need

• At least 5 years of experience in Java or Golang. Proficiency in TypeScript is a plus.
• Understanding of Authentication and Authorization protocols such as Oauth2.0, UMA and OPA.
• Strong understanding of maintaining large-scale services on Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, both internal and external, to achieve desired outcomes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and contributing as a team player.
• Proficient in optimizing relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres.
• In-depth knowledge of Java and its ecosystem, including frameworks and libraries.
