Senior Finance & HR Executive

We are looking for a meticulous, accurate and organized individual as Senior Finance & HR Executive to maintain the full set of accounts and HR spectrum for our client – a foreign company with located at Batam Center. You will be a vital part of the Finance and HR operations, contributing to an organized administration compliant with Indonesian (tax) laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Costing / Cost Control, Budgeting & Forecasting;
• Project Management ( Administrative );
• Communicate with various departments / supplier to maintain efficient and accurate recording;
• Project Sales Invoices Issuance (ensure align with contract signed);
• Review Supplier invoices (ensure align with contract signed);
• Various Report Preparation;
• Full spectrum of finance & accounting ( AP, AR, GL) ;
• Cash-flow and foreign currency management ;
• All Taxation matters (Corporate tax, Vat, withholding tax, etc ) in Indonesia;
• Facilitate year-end audit ;
• Payroll (salary calculation – include BPJS, JKM, Employee tax…. Etc );
• Handling work permit application.

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen, living in Batam;
• Degree (S1) in Management, Accounting or related field;
• Relevant work experience at least 5 years ;
• Strong communication skills – fluent in English, both verbally as in writing;
• Familiar with Indonesia Employment Laws and Regulation;
• Accurate, meticulous and organized – being able to do detailed work;
• Good knowledge / Familiar with work permit application;
• Able to start work as soon as possible.
