Purpose of Position:


Be responsible for sales activities in all assigned accounts and geographic territories (Fire & Milipol –Indonesia).

Develop and maintain best possible relationships with Fire, Military and Police departments in the assigned territory.

Drive the growth of Fire & Milipol channel partners and up-sell them on our value-added services.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales growth.

Coordinate with the marketing and sales support team to maximize the sales force and drive sales growth in the assigned territories.

Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.


Responsibilities:


Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in the Fire & Milipol Segment for Indonesia

  • Identifying and driving the sales on Fire and Milipol segment opportunities
  • Building up a pipelines project (both the small and large ones)
  • Monitor and manage the list of projects quoted closely
  • Develop/expand existing and new business through strong maintenance of relationships with end user customers and fully aware of competition activities


Implement distributor management strategy in the assigned geographic territory including managing assigned distributors; identifying, recruiting, develops potential distributors

  • Develop & acquire key Fire & Milipol Channel partners in Indonesia
  • Assist in covering when associates from the Fire & Milipol team are on leave


Gather feedback through field activity and communicate the feedback to appropriate associates

  • Collaborate with customer experience associates on improvement through annual customer survey CX questionnaire

Coordinate among other associates to accomplish the work required to close sales

  • Utilize communication tools within the organization to achieve performance synergy to ensure high ratio of sales closing and end user satisfaction


Prepare a sales status report as required

  • Biweekly large project report, weekly customer visit report, incoming sales and order forecast.
Qualifications: Experience (required):
  • Experience in sales to the Fire, Government & Military Police market in Indonesia.
  • Good in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders – customers, end users and co-workers.

Experience (preferred):

  • Ability to work in and achieve performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and high- pressure environment.
  • Solid sales experience in key account (especially government customer accounts) and distributor management with demonstrated proven sales track record.
  • 2-5 years in industrial products, professional key account management and business development experience.

Education:

  • Associate degree/Diploma or above
