Team Introduction
SoundOns Artist Services team has witnessed the dynamic of the music industry by combining creativity and technology. Were here to make your experience in the app better, and influence positivity through music. In SoundOn we have a unique vibe where people are passionate about music while they keep an open mind to lead innovation. Join us and make an impact on the music industry!

Responsibilities

• Design artist on-boarding & incubation strategy, scout & incubation SoundOn artists, develop a strong relationship with local music stake holders
• Work closely with the cross-functional team to enhance the general distribution service for artists partners
• Develop the promotion tactic for different categorizations of artists, optimize DSP performance of artists
• 5 years of experience in the music industry, strong passion towards music
• Strong networks, especially with Indie artists; Good sense of music; Excellent communication skills
• Good data analytical knowledge, and data-based decision making skills. Successful practices of data-driven approach are preferred
• Proficient in English as a working language
