About Our Client

Our client is a property developer which is looking for General Manager for their rapidly expanding business in Indonesia and the region.

Job Description
  • Lead and manage the entire project management team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across multiple projects in the region
  • Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimize efficiency and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to project directors, ensuring successful project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design development, procurement, construction, and handover
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on local authorities approval requirements and procedures, advising project teams accordingly and coordinating the acquisition of all necessary permits and technical approvals as planned
  • Work in conjunction with the business development and marketing teams to ensure that all sales and marketing requirements are fulfilled
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management within the residential property development sector, with a track record of delivering successful projects from conception to completion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and relevant industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Fluency in English
