A rapidly expanding Digital Banking company is seeking a seasoned candidate for an Integrated Data Management Lead (Banking) job to lead their Data team. In this job, you will be playing a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive performance management strategy for the bank.

About the Integrated Data Management Lead (Banking) Role:
Reporting to the Director, you will be the person in charge who will implementing the advanced data integration platforms to seamlessly connect and consolidate data from various sources, promoting a unified and accurate view for the business to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and enforcing policies for data governance to ensure the quality, security, and compliance of data across the organisation
• Enforcing stringent security protocols, including encryption, access controls, and authentication mechanisms, to protect sensitive financial and customer information
• Adhering to banking regulations and data protection laws to maintain compliance and safeguard against legal and regulatory risks
• Deploying an infrastructure that is scalable to accommodate the growing volume of data, ensuring flexibility and performance
• Establishing a robust meta-data management system to document and track the characteristics, lineage, and usage of data throughout its life cycle

To succeed in this Integrated Data Management Lead (Banking) role, you will need to have extensive experience in Banking industry and able to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business teams both internally and externally.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience of 10 years in data management, preferably coming from similar background with proven records in building data management team
• High proficiency in data integration tools (e.g. ETL, ELT), database management systems, and data modelling
• Experience with data integration platforms and tools, showcasing the ability to integrate diverse data sources and provide a unified view for analysis
• Strong knowledge of data security principles, encryption techniques, access controls, and authentication mechanisms to protect sensitive financial and customer data
• Hardworking and enthusiastic attitude with high level of fluency in English
