Job Requirement1. 5-7 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development, preferably in Mum &
Baby, digital industry, or Hospital & Clinic
2. Have excellent skills in marketing & digital strategy. Strong knowledge in PR and brand building
3. Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and up-to-date with the trends
4. Proficient understanding on SEO, SEM,
Social media, Performance marketing, Programmatic, and customer optimization
5. Comfortable using data to generate insights for designing marketing campaigns
6. Able to think out of the box in conceptualizing ideas; creativity and logical thinking would be key
7. Strong project management, organized person, and have strong attention to details
8. Dynamic, self-driven, keen learner with a positive attitude. Strong collaborative and
communications traits, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
9. Having background & knowledge about pharmaceutical & relation with Hospitals/Clinic will be advantaged
1. Create, develop growth, business plan & marketing strategy for every products in patient pillar
2. Discover new opportunities partnership by exploring and analyze existing data
3. Analyze data from customer feedback as a basic for create plan. Analyze post campaign from all channels with related parties to create the plan and
develop / improve inventories
4. Understand customer preferences and up to date with the trend. Stay ahead of the competition to offer relevant and sharp services that meet the
customers needs
5. Conducting market analysis and research to increase number of high quality users, as well as build their brand equity
6. Improve on existing inventories and services, as well as the processes to execute the inventories (from pitch to invoicing)
7. Developing ideas for merchant campaigns, managing campaign processes and execution.
8. Manage & monitor achievements on other digital channels.
