The Opportunity

We are seeking a General Manager of Operations to join an established and forward-thinking real estate company located in Batam, Indonesia. With ambitious plans for both current and upcoming projects, we are in search of a dynamic and strategic executive with experience to contribute towards achieving the companys mid to long-term business goals, turning their vision into reality.

As the Country GM Operations, you will have the opportunity to excel in leading the companys operations, sales, and marketing efforts for the mixed-development property. This pivotal role is designed to hone your capabilities as a dynamic and innovative individual. Additionally, it offers a chance to enhance your strategic analytical skills in operations management, sales, and marketing, fostering the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • This role essentially requires relevant experience in Indonias real estate landscape, particularly in the development of mixed-use properties, encompassing mid to large-scale residential properties, including both high-rise and villa projects, as well as experience in retail, office/commercial, and hotel developments.
  • To be successful in this role, it is vital to have proven and progressive experience in operational management, sales, and marketing of mixed-development projects in a senior leadership capacity.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with the ability to develop and manage relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in the local Bahasa language is critical.
