About Our Client

Our client is a leading IT infrastructure solutions company, who needs no introduction within the physical and virtual IT infrastructure space. Currently in search of a Channel Sales Director to further help expand their footprint within the Indonesian market.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and lead the commercial structure within the organization - catering to B2B clients across enterprises and channel partners within the industry
  • Manage and be responsible for revenue growth, implementing sales strategies across commercial channel partners and distributors
  • Develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships with channel and commercial partners
  • Recruit and expand client portfolio, this includes System Integrators, Solution Providers, Resellers, etc.
  • Ensure market positioning and maintain competence of channel partners - encourage them in enablement activities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the Region and HQ, ensuring company values are aligned and implemented locally
The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree at a Technical field is preferred (Computer Science, IT, etc.)
  • At least 15 years of professional Channel Sales experience within IT Infrastructure domain (Cloud Computing, Connectivity, Server, Storage, Data Center, etc.)
  • Proven track record in closing deals with Channel Partners
  • Strong background working within System Integrators/Partner companies are very welcome
  • Possess strong network within the Channel Partner players (System Integrators, etc.)
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure as an industry is required
  • Excelled communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia - as you will be working very closely with the regional team
