Sr. Manager, Digital Transformation - Professional Services

The client is a globally-leading Professional Services company who needs no introduction. Currently looking for a Senior Manager specializing on Digital Transformation projects within Indonesias Public Sector business processes - this includes Data Migration, IT Strategy, Cloud, AI/ML, Application and Infrastructure, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Create value by understanding client strategy and business vision, and assist in navigating transformation pathways
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with clients across the Public Sector industry - Explore and identify potential project opportunities
• Propose unique business and technology strategies that can help clients expansion strategy - this can include Cloud, AI, Machine Learning, IT Strategy, Infrastructure, and Application, among others.
• Take ownership of projects regarding data migration and other IT Strategies - enhancing user experience, process efficiency, streamline work-flows and improve productivity
• Consider the different challenges that may be encountered - internally within the organization and management processes down the line

Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree at any relevant field from a reputable University
• At least 7 years of working experience within Business Development or Consulting roles
• Technical knowledge and understanding of IT Strategies within these domains: Data Migration, IT Strategy, Cloud, AI/ML, Application and Infrastructure, among others.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in project management
• Implementation experience will be a plus
• Prior experience catering to the Public Sector industry in Indonesia - possess know-how of their business processes
• Target-oriented and self-driven individual
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
