  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (desirable)

  • Have Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi (Safety Certification)
  • Experience in prepare a document system for bidding process
  • Driver License: SIM A/SIM C (have own vehicle)

About work???????? 1. Quality Management:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure construction activities meet specified standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish quality benchmarks and monitor adherence throughout the construction process.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project quality.

2. Cost Management:

• Develop project budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and track expenses throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project timelines.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Monitor and analyze project expenditures to identify variances and take appropriate corrective measures.

3. Delivery Management:

• Develop detailed project schedules and milestones in alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and resources.
• Monitor progress against established timelines and proactively address any delays or bottlenecks.
• Implement effective project management tools and techniques to optimize workflow and streamline project delivery processes.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all QCD-related matters, both internally and externally.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate regular meetings and progress reviews to maintain alignment and transparency across all project stakeholders.

5. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project QCD objectives and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate project risks throughout the construction lifecycle and implement proactive measures to minimize their impact.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to mitigate project-related risks and liabilities.
