Job Description:
PT. Baligo Holiday Group, a leading destination management company based in Bali, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation Executive to join our team. The Operational admin will be responsible for handling reservations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate bookings and confirmations for hotels, villas and record in the system.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, Whatsapp.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and pricing.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Generate reports and maintain records of reservations and bookings.
- Provide support during peak seasons and special events as required.
- Handle tour and transport bookings and cordinate with the guest.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- *Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Additional language proficiency is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations and bookings.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Knowldege of contracting is a plus.
