  • Work with senior brand manager of the brand assigned in end-to-end marketing structure, from strategic developments, product innovations to in market executions.
  • Analysing our brand positioning and consumer insights and translate into short term and long- term strategy for brand vision and mission.
  • Actively contribute to the development communication strategy for brand for both brand equity and brand activations
  • Contribute to process of development segmentation, identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns for brands and product launch.
  • Translating brand strategy plan into go to market executions.
  • Work closely with R&D team to develop product portfolio strategy, innovations roadmaps and product developments.
  • Own the overall end to end business aspects of the brands and ensure delivery of business targets; from day-to-day brand business performance, overall PnL and operational.
  • Work with strategic communications, social media, media buying, other related agencies to plan, deploy and review brand communications and media plan.
  • Lead, coordinate and collaborate with cross functions commercial teams to develop, deploy and monitor brand activations and promotional activities across channels online and offline.
  • Work closely with research agency and consumer insight manager to turn consumer insights and analysis into actionable strategy and plan.

  • working experience as Assistant Brand Manager or Junior Brand Manage for minimum 3 years.
  • Have the experience of leading cross functions commercial teams and show capability to coordinate and collaborate.
