1. Client Consultation:

  • Meet with clients to determine their property preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Provide information on available properties and guide clients through the decision-making process.

2. Property Promotion:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures and online listings.
  • Utilize digital platforms and social media to increase property visibility.

3. Property Tours:

  • Conduct property tours for potential buyers, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about the neighborhood, amenities, and other relevant factors.

4. Negotiation:

  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Mediate discussions between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

5. Documentation:

  • Prepare and review property-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing statements.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

6. Market Research:

  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive real estate activities.
  • Analyze and report on market conditions to help clients make informed decisions.

7. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

2. Prior experience in property sales or real estate is highly desirable.

3. Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful property transactions.

5. Proven ability to build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts.

6. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using real estate software and digital marketing tools.

7. Professional Appearance: A polished and professional appearance, as the role involves client-facing interactions.

10. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws/regulations.

11. Own transport.

12. Preferably domicile in Bali.
