A Spa in Sri Lanka is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Spa Therapist (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Explain, perform and maintain detailed records of different types of massages, beauty treatments and wellness therapies
  • Communicate with guests during treatments to adjust the techniques as required
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use
  • Resolve guests’ complaints and report any accidents to the Supervisor
  • Ensure that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and report shortages to the Supervisor
  • Enquire about guests medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services
  • Provide body wash and scrub for skin care to the guests
  • Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
  • Suggest and promote retail products as well as additional services
  • Answer questions about available services

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven working experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role
  • Proficient knowledge of various spa treatments such as Thai massage, deep tissue, Swedish and prenatal treatments
  • Knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, body wraps and exfoliation techniques
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Degree or certification as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Reliable with an ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Willing to relocate to Sri Lanka

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp12,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
