Account Receivable Intern

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Finance team, to be the key person on invoice issuance and liaising with the clients in order to ensure payment is collected in a timely manner. This position should highlight the need for candidates who are focused on outcomes, strong customer service skills, and keen to multiple data entries. Ultimately, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our receivable transactions and procedures. What You’ll Be Doing

• Issuing invoices in a daily basis to maintain our AR control
• Tracking and reconciling invoice payments to ensure timely collection
• Provide support on preparing receivable reports by performing data-entry related tasks

Who We Are Looking For

• Its mandatory for applicants to be based in Batam.
• Has Finance/Accounting background
• Strong attention to detail Organized
• Collaborative - able to work well with others to establish a collaborative work environment
• Dependable - able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Has good problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of basic receivable principles
