About the Role

As a Part-time Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network by onboarding new properties and retreat leaders onto our platform. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients, presenting the unique value proposition of Sacred Ohms, and ensuring a smooth and aligned integration of new members into our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact property owners and retreat leaders who align with our mission and values.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of joining the Sacred Ohms platform, tailored to the specific needs and aspirations of each prospective member.
• Guide new members through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on feedback and experiences.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and growth of Sacred Ohms.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in sustainability, spirituality, and the retreat industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Duration: Approximately 5-10 hours per week
• Compensation: starting at $44 per hour + equity incentives, with a clear path for compensation adjustments
