Engineering Manager (DevOps)

Job Description

1. Develop KPI team members and conduct regular coaching & counseling to improve team performance

2. Regularly monitor the teams work and provide direction according to responsibilities in each area

3. Implement and manage Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevSecOps practices in the development and operation of used car sales websites, with a focus on system reliability, security and scalability.

4. Design, implement and maintain a secure and reliable infrastructure architecture, as well as carry out proactive monitoring and improvements to optimize website performance and availability.

5. Deeply integrate security into every stage of development and operations, and collaborate with the development team to implement the best security measures and ensure the protection of customer data and information.

6. Responsible for security incident mitigation and system availability, as well as engaging in in-depth analysis to find the root of the problem and provide appropriate solutions to prevent the recurrence of similar problems in the future.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree from Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

2. Minimum 3 years of overall work experience and knowledge of development and operations.

3. Have competency in Team Leadership, Programming Language (Powershell, Groovy, Python, Terraform), Cybersecurity, CI/CD, Cloud Computing, Monitoring & Logging, Troubleshooting, Problem-Solving, Communication.

4. Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

5. Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
