Information Governance Officer - Zurich Asuransi Indonesia

Job Summary Establishes and maintains data governance policies, processes, standards, guidelines and procedures. They monitor the adherence to the group data strategy and governance and the organizations data quality, tracking issues and work closely with stakeholders to understand and resolve the root cause of any problems. They lead projects to identify and implement improvements and updates to the data strategy, governance and processes. Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities Works with a number of internal stakeholders to support the application of the data strategy and data governance frameworks and to ensure quality of master data in key systems. They track and analyze adherence to the data strategy and data governance and management standards. They ensure that issues are properly recorded and seen through to a resolution that best meets customer requirements whilst adhering to published standards. They track the root cause of any issues and drive remedial actions to prevent reoccurrence, use their data and organizational knowledge to develop simple and efficient data policies, standards and processes in line with the data strategy. They support the delivery of data strategy, governance and management projects and initiatives. They understand how the data strategy and data policies apply to different roles across the organization and lead initiatives to educate different groups of stakeholders to understand how they apply in their day to day roles.
