Role Profile:

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Support all administrative and secretarial duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Point person for mailing, shipping, bills, equipment maintenance and office security
  • Perform receptionist duties, answer and direct phone calls
  • Perform daily office expenses bookkeeping and controlling
  • Manage price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease etc
  • Organize and schedule internal meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate business trips and flights bookings
  • Organize and coordinate internal team social events
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management


What qualification should you have?

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related study or diploma for business or secretarial job
  • A young and energetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to take on challenges and is a fast learner
  • Max 5 years of experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of data, clerical and administrative management practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of office/facilities management practices and procedures
  • Working experience in small teams is a plus
Please note that the candidate will be placed under an external contract.
