Responsibilities

• Develop and improved HR Process and initiatives aligned with the overall business needs and strategy
• Identifying / anticipating change management activities within the business area by driving and/or facilitating the change
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, address issues, and guide decision-making
• Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
• Ensure availability and accuracy for reports on HR-related key performance indicators
• Develop and champion high-performance culture across respective function
• Improving department performance by consulting manpower needs and support leaders for performance improvement strategy
• Identify and address training and development needs
• Review and evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Develop, innovate, design, and implement various learning methods companywide

Qualifications

• At least 4-10 years of progressive and hands-on HR experience, with People Partner experience, ideally from high-growth, technology-focused organizations, or from consultancy
• Strong background in People Performance Management and People Development
• Strong business acumen with strategic-minded and data-centric
• Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy skills
• Project/Program Management, able to plan, organize and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of a specific project
