Strategi dan Perencanaan (Strategy & Planning)

• Planning on the new features that will be implemented on Mobile Banking accordingly in line with technological advances
• Understand the market situation and availibility of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recomendations for management’s decision
• Work closely with segment and product managers to prepare user requirement with the best market practice and excellent customer service
• To review current process and procedures and recommend optimizations in order to reduce the cost or be more effective in cost or timing
• To identify and define the core digital capabilities necessary for the Bank to meet its digital ambitions.
• To develop recommendations for the Bank’s current capabilities and assets to accelerate its journey and to create a magnet for digital talents
• To partner with other divisions to enable the similar omni channel experience across all digital channels
• To develop Parameters and Configurations needs for Octo Mobile and Rekpon system
• To Manage Projects Budget, Budget usability, Project Benefit Tracking, Project Closing
• To review of cost of project and involved in negotiation with vendors and proceed
• To review Vendor Agreement related to Projects
To monitor and review all maintenance cost (opex) in Mobile Banking and Rekening Ponsel System

Kinerja Bisnis dan Manajemen (Business Performance and Management)

• To promote and be responsible for the bank’s mobile banking and rekening ponsel as the Bank’s business system owner
• To Guide, assist, plan, manage, direct, monitor, control, delivery of the agreed project with IT- in related to all the features and services
• To collaborate with Business team to define new business opportunities through each of the mobile banking and rekening ponsel features.
• To articulate proposals and specifications for the Bank’s digital channels
• Ensuring that the features are delivered on time and according to CIMB Niaga standard.
• Achieving the targeted budget for Octo Mobile and Rekening Ponsel features development
Ensure the proper documentation is in place: UR, BRD, FSD, BDC, CIC, OJK Approval UAT, Pentest, regression, etc (where applicable) for each of the delivered features

Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (People Management)

• Co-ordinate with related division for enrollment of Octo Mobile and Rekening Ponsel features and operations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve target project results

Kepatuhan (Regulatory Compliance)

• Comply with policies, procedures, and Regulatory within internal or external regulations
