About the Head of Cash Dealer Role:
Reporting to the business leaders, you will contribute as a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cash Dealer to join the dynamic team at a general insurance company. This role requires extensive experience in leasing and financing, along with a strong network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Cash Dealer Business:

  • Formulate strategies to enhance the companys presence within the cash dealer segment
  • Establish and nurture relationships with car dealerships to promote insurance products and services

• Opening New Business Channels:

  • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities to expand the companys reach within the market
  • Innovate and implement initiatives to diversify business channels and revenue streams

• Maintain and Develop Existing Business:

  • Foster strong partnerships with existing cash dealerships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Continuously assess and improve service offerings to meet the evolving needs of dealers and customers

• Branch Visits:

  • Conduct regular visits to company branches and dealer locations to provide support, gather feedback, and address concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Leasing:

  • Minimum of five years hands-on experience in leasing or related fields
  • Proven track record of success in developing leasing strategies and driving business growth

• Managerial Level:

  • Previous experience in a managerial or senior managerial role, demonstrating leadership and strategic decision-making abilities

• Network with Dealers:

  • Extensive network within the automotive industry, particularly with car dealerships

• Wide Network in Leasing/Financing Companies:

  • In-depth knowledge of leasing and financing companies, including industry trends and best practices
