About the Chief Technology Officer Role:
In this role, you will be reporting to the Country Manager and is in charged to build a team of talented engineers, product and data scientists to drive the innovation, develop cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the companys technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry advancements in AI/ML to maintain the companys competitive edge
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers, product, data scientists as well as AI/ML specialists
  • Oversee the end-to-end development life-cycle of AI/ML products, from ideation to deployment and maintenance
  • Design and architect the technology stack, infrastructure, and platforms to support AI/ML development and deployment
  • Communicate technological strategies, progress, and challenges to executive leadership, investors, and other stakeholders

To succeed in the Chief Technology Officer job, you will need to have the experience in building 0-1 technology team that has scaled that runs in data, product and technology engines.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership in AI/ML technology development, with at least 10 years experience in a senior engineering or technical leadership role
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and related fields
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
