We are currently looking for a skilled and creative designer to join our People Experience & Communication team. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and illustrations that effectively communicate tiket.coms messages to our employees and potential talents. Your main duties in flying with us:
    • Collaborate with the internal communication team and employer branding team to understand design requirements and project objectives.
    • Develop engaging graphics that align with the companys brand standards and visual aesthetics, including but not limited to newsletters, posters, and digital content.
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within set timelines.
    • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall quality of internal communication materials.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
    • Final year university student or fresh graduate with ample experience in graphic design.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Skillful in video editing is a plus. A well-rounded portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and design skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively Ability to take feedback and implement changes quickly Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
    • Previous experience in internal communications or employer branding is a plus but not required.
